How to Integrate Pipedrive with MeetRecord

  1. Go to the Integrations page in your MeetRecord Settings.
  2. Click on the 'Connect' button under the Pipedrive icon.
  3. A new page will open to authorize Pipedrive. If you have multiple accounts, select the appropriate account and proceed.
  4. Click 'Connect App' to complete the integration.
  5. You’ll be redirected to the MeetRecord Integrations page, where Pipedrive will now appear as "Connected."

Note: Ensure that the lead's contact details are present in Pipedrive before the meeting. If MeetRecord cannot find a matching email for participants in Pipedrive, meeting-to-deal mapping will not occur.
